"In this challenging environment, Mela guided us through the process like a true professional. We had an older house that needed some touch ups before we sold it and she offered great advice on where to spend a few dollars to get the most bang for our buck. We had requests for 15+ showings over just a few days and she managed the process very well. Mela offered great advice through the negotiations and got us a great price for our house. She was great on the buy side as well. She helped to show us houses that fit our price range and “must haves” without forcing anything on us.
